Delivered your way.
Four ways for your order to reach you. You choose one at checkout with the day that suits you. You see the fee before you pay.
The four Delivery Methods
Each has its own fee, shown at checkout before you pay.
-
Home Delivery
To your door. You drop a pin on the map and choose a date and a time. The fee follows the distance from our shop: a starting fee and a rate for each kilometre.
-
Pick-Up Point
Collect your order from a Nuella Pick-Up Point on the day you choose. A reduced flat fee.
-
School Drop on Opening Day
We bring your School Box to your Partner School on the first day of term, labelled with your Learner's name. A reduced flat fee.
-
School Drop during Holidays
We deliver to your Partner School on an agreed day during the holidays, ready before term begins. A reduced flat fee.
Good to know
- You see the fee before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
- You choose the day. At checkout you pick the date, and for Home Delivery the time of day.
- Someone else can receive it. Add their name and phone number to the delivery address in your account.
- We tell you when it moves. You hear from us when your order is packed and when it is on its way.
- Offers. From time to time Nuella runs an offer on delivery. When one is on, you will see it at checkout.
The full terms are in our Shipping policy.
Questions about delivery
Tap a question to read its answer.
Where do you deliver?
Home Delivery is worked out by distance from our shop in Nairobi. Put your pin on the map at checkout and you will see at once whether we can reach you and what it costs.
Can I change my delivery day?
Yes, until your order is out for delivery. Tell us on WhatsApp with your order number.
What if nobody is home?
Our Rider will call the phone number on the delivery address. If the box cannot be handed over we will agree another day with you.
Is School Drop offered for every school?
School Drop is for our Partner Schools. For any other school, choose Home Delivery or a Pick-Up Point.
Not sure which to choose?
Tell us where you are and when schools open for you, and we will suggest the best way.
