The rules of the campaign (provisional)
Two windows and one idea: pay part now and the rest later. These rules are provisional until Nuella confirms them.

November: 1 to 30 November
A 50% Deposit secures your School Box. 10% off textbooks and 5% off stationery when you buy the full Booklist. Clear the Balance within 30 days. We remind you on day 20 and day 25.

December: 1 to 12 December
A 75% Deposit secures your School Box. 5% off textbooks and stationery when you buy the full Booklist. Clear the Balance within 20 days. We remind you on day 12 and day 17.

If the Balance is not paid
When the Payment Window closes with a Balance unpaid, your Deposit becomes Store Credit: one credit for every shilling, to spend at Nuella. A Deposit is not refunded in cash.

Deliveries and the cut-off
Deliveries begin in December for orders paid in full. There are no Deposits or campaign discounts after 12 December. Bulk stationery prices carry on to January at full payment.

Home Delivery, a Pick-Up Point or a School Drop. You choose the day.

Pay your Deposit by M-Pesa or card. We do the covering, labelling and packing.
Buying for more than one child?
Stationery for all your Learners is added together, so you reach the dozen and carton prices sooner. Bulk stationery prices run from November to January.

What is a Deposit?
A Deposit is the part of your order you pay first to secure it at campaign prices: 50% in November and 75% in December. The rest is the Balance, which you clear within the Payment Window.
Do I have to buy the whole list to get the discount?
Yes. The campaign discount is for Parents who buy the full Booklist. You can still take out what you already have and buy the rest at the usual prices.
What happens if I do not clear the Balance in time?
Your Deposit is not lost. It becomes Store Credit, one credit for every shilling, which you can spend at Nuella. A Deposit is not refunded in cash.
Is my school part of the campaign?
The campaign is for our Partner Schools, whose Booklists we stock in full. Open "Find your school" to see them. If yours is not there yet, chat with us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what we can do.
When will my School Box arrive?
Deliveries begin in December for orders that are paid in full. You choose Home Delivery, a Pick-Up Point or a School Drop and the day that suits you.
