Every order is followed from the moment it is confirmed to the moment it is in your hands. Ordering on this site opens soon, and tracking opens with it.
The four steps of an order
You will see which step your order has reached, and we will tell you each time it moves.

Step 1: Confirmed
Your payment has arrived and your order is in our hands.

Step 2: Packed and ready
Every item is picked, the books are covered and labelled and the box is sealed.

Step 3: Out for delivery
Your order is on its way to your home, your Pick-Up Point or your school.

Step 4: Delivered
The box has been handed over. Open it and check it against your list.
